干燥溫度對(duì)褐煤干燥后復(fù)吸特性的影響

摘要:采用自制臥式干燥實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),制得不同干燥溫度下的褐煤煤樣,采用核磁共振法測定干燥試
樣的有效含水孔隙,采用傅里葉紅外法測定試樣的表面含氧官能團(tuán),使用自制復(fù)吸實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置測定不
同干燥程度褐煤煤樣的平衡含水率。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于低溫干燥褐煤(干燥溫度為140~230℃,
干燥時(shí)間為10min),干燥溫度對(duì)褐煤的有效含水孔隙體積影響較小,對(duì)主要含氧官能團(tuán)影響較
大,煤中主要含氧官能團(tuán)表現(xiàn)為隨干燥溫度升高先減少后增加。對(duì)于高溫干燥褐煤(干燥溫度為
600~800℃,干燥時(shí)間為30s),干燥溫度對(duì)褐煤的有效含水孔隙體積和含氧官能團(tuán)均有較大影
響,表現(xiàn)為隨干燥溫度升高有效含水孔隙體積減少,含氧官能團(tuán)增多。不同干燥條件下,干燥褐煤
低溫干燥條件下,干燥溫度通過改變褐煤含氧官能團(tuán)數(shù)量來影響干燥褐的復(fù)吸特性影響因素不同,
煤復(fù)吸特性,而有效含水孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)是高溫干燥褐煤平衡含水量的主導(dǎo)因素。

Abstract:Lignitesamplesdriedunderdifferenttemperatureswerepreparedusingahorizontalfixed-beddryer.Theox-ygen-containingfunctionalgroupsonthesurfaceofthedriedlignitesampleswereanalyzedusingFourier-transformin-frared(FTIR)analyzerandtheeffectivewater-filledporositiesofthesampleswereanalyzedbynuclearmagneticreso-nance(NMR)spectrometer.Theequilibriummoisturecontentofthesampleswasmeasuredbyaself-madereabsorp-tiondevice.Theexperimentalresultsfromthelignitesamplesdriedatlowtemperatureshowthatthedryingtempera-turehaslittleeffectontheeffectivewater-filledporositiesandtheamountofthemainoxygen-containingfunctionalgroupsfirstlydecreasesandthenincreaseswiththedryingtemperatureincrease.Thereabsorptioncharacteristicsoflig-nitedriedatlowtemperaturewasinfluencedbytheamountofoxygen-containingfunctionalgroups.Inthecaseofthe
withtheincreaseofdryingtemperature,theamountoftheef-lignitesamplesdriedathigh-temperaturedryinggroup,
fectivewater-filledporositiesofthesamplesdecreasesandtheamountofoxygen-containingfunctionalgroupsincreasesandtheequilibriummoisturecontentdecreases.Theeffectivewater-filledporosityisamainfactorforthelignitedriedathightemperature.
