摘 要

Summary

電弧爐在煉鋼過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生大量煙塵及有害氣體，對(duì)廠區(qū)環(huán)境及職工身心健康造成較大危害。為解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題，尼歐迪克（青島）除塵設(shè)備有限公司從德國(guó)引進(jìn)固定式煙塵收集全封閉室技術(shù)用于電弧爐、精煉爐煙塵收集。該封閉室是中國(guó)首次從德國(guó)引進(jìn)的新技術(shù)，區(qū)別于中國(guó)市場(chǎng)常見(jiàn)的電弧爐移動(dòng)密閉罩，占用空間小、煙塵收集率高、操作簡(jiǎn)單、建設(shè)維護(hù)成本低，開創(chuàng)了電弧爐除塵的全新方式。該封閉室使電弧爐煉鋼過(guò)程中煙塵捕集率達(dá)到了99%，徹底解決長(zhǎng)期存在的煉鋼除塵難的問(wèn)題，使環(huán)境得到明顯改善。

Large amounts of smoke and harmful gases are produced in the process of EAF, which is harmful to the environment and the health of staff. In order to solve this problem, Neotechnik (Qingdao) Dust Extraction Plant Co., Ltd. uses the technology of stationary fume collection enclosure introduced from the Germany in EAF and LF. The enclosure is a new technology introduced from Germany to China for the first time. It’s different from the common EAF movable enclosed hood in Chinese market. With little space occupation, high fume collection rate, simple operation and low cost of construction and maintenance, it creates a new way of EFA dedusting. The enclosure allows EAF dust removal rate of 99%, completely solved the longstanding difficult problem of dust removal in steelmaking, and significantly improved the environment.
